Accounting and HR Manager

Position Accounting and HR Manager Summary Oversees the overall administrative operations of a leading precision technology and equipment manufacturer, with a strong focus on financial management (approx. 60%) and human resources/office management (approx. 40%). Responsible for supporting financial activities, managing corporate budgets, overseeing HR operations, facilities, and liaising with corporate leadership to ensure operational compliance and efficiency. Essential Duties Manage financial activities, budget preparation, forecasting, financial reporting, and coordinate audits and tax return filings. Oversee monthly book and tax depreciation, fixed assets management, collections, and credit policies. Lead and manage the Human Resources department and Facilities Management operations. Establish and maintain compliance with local, federal, and corporate policies and procedures. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, handling team performance and office administrative functions. Serve as the primary liaison with banking institutions, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies. Experience managing HR and overall office operations in a mid-sized company setting (approx. 40–50 employees) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems like Microsoft GP is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. CPA is a plus.
