For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role you will:Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clientsEffectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flowFoster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadershipOversee the capital planning process for new projectsPrepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetingsUpdate key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risksWe would love to hear from you if you:Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisionsHave successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimatingHave a degree or comparable experience in a construction related disciplineHave a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employeesAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.About UsLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
