We believe in continuous learning and development and have a number of programs to ensure the success of our people.Requirements:Records daily journal entries and reviews cash reportingHelps prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approvalHelps prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management approvalPrepares capital calls and distributions for management approvalCoordinates the delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients and the investorsPrepares and reviews correspondence with client investors to address inquires as neededManages client investor portalsCoordinates and completes special projects as directed by managementPerforms other duties as assignedMust work Pacific Time Zone Hours (PST)Successful Candidates will have:BBA/BS in Accounting or related field requiredCPA license (or in process) preferred0-1 year of experience with a public accounting firm, investment bank, or the financial services industry (or general interest in supporting private equity fund operations and accounting)Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask requiredMust be able to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and verbal communication with current and potential clientsStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailRequires ability to work both in team environment and independentlyEagerness to learn and strong work ethicMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlinesKnowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plusThe pay rate range for this job position is $71,000 to $100,390. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
