The Manager of Field Construction manages a team of construction supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel, while liaising with developers, engineers, architects, and community stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within the master planned community.### BenefitsWe offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package, including:* Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance* 401(k)* Life Insurance* Health Savings Account (HSA)* Paid Time Off* Employee Discounts* Competitive SalaryKey Responsibilities* Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of field construction activities within the master planned community, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.* Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve financial objectives and profitability targets.* Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of construction supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance.* Schedule Management: Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinate project timelines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and overall project goals.* Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet design specifications, regulatory standards, and community guidelines.* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for developers, engineers, architects, and community stakeholders, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.* Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites, fostering a culture of safety among all team members.* Problem Solving: Identify challenges and issues during construction, develop effective solutions, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare regular progress reports, and conduct comprehensive project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.* Community Relations: Manage community relations related to construction activities, addressing community concerns, and ensuring minimal disruption to residents and stakeholders.### Qualifications* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience* Strong project management and leadership skills* In-depth knowledge of roofing systems and exterior construction* Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, practices, regulations, and industry standards.
