You'll join a team that believes in:Building relationships through trust, integrity, dependability, quality, and familyCreating opportunities for our peopleMaking a difference with our clients and communitiesPursuing a better waySupporting each other with flexibility, teamwork, and real connectionIn this role, you will:Build accurate, competitive estimates for industrial electrical projectsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and pricingPartner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify project details and develop scopeAnalyze labor units, cost history, and production data to strengthen estimatesIdentify risks, gaps, and value-add opportunities and communicate them clearlySupport proposal development and bid strategy with the proposal teamDocument assumptions, clarifications, and decisions throughout the bid cycleAssist with contract review, negotiations, and project handoff to execution teamsSupport change orders and cost-to-complete estimates on active projectsContribute to improving estimating methods, tools, and standardsWe're looking for someone who has:2–3 years of estimating experience in industrial electrical, construction, or a related environmentA bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsClear communication and a team-first mindsetThe ability to manage details, prioritize work, and stay organizedExperience with the following is a plus:Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and Adobe AcrobatElectrical fundamentals such as voltage drop, conduit fill, and ampacityYou'll be successful here if you:Produce accurate estimates with clear assumptions and documentationCommunicate scope, risk, and opportunities effectivelyHelp create a smooth transition from estimating to project executionContribute to continuous improvement in estimating practicesCompensation and benefits:Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, vision, disability, and life insurancePaid time off, holidays, and flexible schedulingBonus incentives and merit increasesCareer coaching and advancement opportunitiesTeam events, volunteer opportunities, and a strong safety cultureLocation and schedule:Location: Tulsa, OKWork model: Office-basedTravel: About 10% to nearby job sitesReady to build something that matters?
