Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary through the end of December

Associated Staffing is hiring an Accounting Assistant in Kearney, NE! This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable supporting both accounting and day-to-day office functions.

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Assist with accounts payable functions
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with general accounting tasks
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records
• Support day-to-day office operations
• Ensure information is entered and maintained accurately
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed

• Ability to handle financial information professionally and confidentially
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Previous accounting, accounts payable or administrative experience preferred

Position Details

This is a temporary position expected to last through the end of December offering consistent weekday hours and a great opportunity to gain additional accounting experience.
