Member Services Associate- August 2026 (Charleston, SC)

Location: Charleston ‌ Start Date: 08/31/2026 ‌ Time Type: Full-Time; Hybrid In-Office 3 days/Remote 2 days ‌ Shift Days: Monday-Saturday for a total of 5 days per week; Specific days to be agreed based on needs throughout the year. Shift Times: Charleston (EST) & Scottsdale (MST): 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm, 10:30am-7:30pm; Specific shifts to be assigned based on business need. Shift Expectations: Your standard schedule will be Monday-Friday and will include up to 8 Saturdays per year. You can easily switch between multiple applications to complete a task. Remembering details, prioritizing competing tasks and thinking critically to solve problems are things that come easily to you (likely because you may have previously worked in a restaurant, school or retail store). During busier seasons, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute more and be rewarded with overtime pay. You’ll have different daily assignments, so you don’t get bored. After onboarding, you are immediately eligible for overtime and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus that has no cap on the number of winners!
