The Client Executive will be responsible for participating in setting client strategy, managing the cadence of client service, listening for the needs of our clients, assisting in supporting the client's day to day needs, project managing the process to achieve desired outcomes and exceed client expectations in alignment with agreed upon timelines.Duties & Responsibilities:Client ManagementProviding best in class client service by exceeding client expectations for a book of business representing clients of various size, scope, and geographic locations through effective project management and proactive strategyParticipate in setting strategy for clients pertaining to Human Capital Risks including Human Capital strategy, Benefits, Compliance, Change Management, and Communications while engaging appropriate subject matter expertsResolve client, and vendor-related day-to-day service issuesManage entire client service experienceCreate relationships with various client stakeholders from executive leadership to support staffProject ManagementBe able to proactively project manage client service plans and needs and be willing to take responsibility for ensuring the team meets project deadlinesMaintain open and transparent communication with the entire HCR team, and be able to discuss timelines and set clear expectations for deliverable due datesBenefit Renewal / Vendor Sourcing Process - Assist in the management of the employee benefits plan renewal or vendor sourcing processDisplay knowledge and understanding of transparent health benefit strategies, including:Alternative funding mechanisms, including level funding and self-fundingMechanisms of self-funding medical/Rx programs, inclusive of stop loss marketingBest in class PBM contract termsOther advanced cost containment measures such as reference-based reimbursement, direct contracting etc.Ensure project management of renewal/vendor sourcing activitiesGather vendor information and/or information from clients for RFP/sourcingOrganize data into the appropriate format for vendor submissionPrepare RFP and send to vendorsAssist in the analysis of quotes for accuracyDevelop client strategies with PE HCR team in alignment with PE strategiesPrepare client deliverables and assist in the creation of the communication strategyCoordinate implementation of new plans and or continuation of benefit plans and contract changesEnsure client compliancePractice DevelopmentHelp develop and optimize the client service experience including process, deliverables, and definition of successMentor and develop client service team membersSupport business development opportunitiesContribute to thought leadershipQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, marketing, risk management, or human resources managementMinimum 5-10 years of industry experienceAbility to multi-task and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organization skills and process orientedA self-motivated individual who is willing to work in a team environment and do what it takes to get the job doneOutstanding communication skills both oral and written essentialSalary : $120-$140k salary range plus bonus opportunity and benefits.
