Express Service Writer

No previous experience? Do you have previous customer service experience? How about a self-starter mentality? Are you looking to make a switch to the automotive industry? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to become Express Service Writers at Reynolds' Subaru.

Previous experience is not required. We will train you to be a success and help you grow a career in automotive.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customer's and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner.
• Constant communication with your service technicians.
• Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians.
• Selling the recommendations from your technicians.
• Assisting our service customers at checkout
• Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.
• Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles.
• Managing loaner and rental schedule

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and strong communication, listening, and phone skills
• Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, be detail-oriented, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and be able to work under pressure

• Intermediate Word, EXCEL, and data entry
