Elite Sales Closer – Tax Relief Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler team and looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who know how to build rapport, communicate with confidence, and close deals. This is a 100% inbound sales role. No cold calling. Clients come to us seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. As a Sales Closer, you’ll take the time to understand their situation, explain how our services can help, and guide them toward a resolution that can meaningfully improve their financial situation. What We Offer 15% commission on all closed deals Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities 100% inbound leads — no cold calling Paid training and structured onboarding Ongoing coaching, leadership support, and development Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement What You’ll Do Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support Build trust quickly and create a calm, professional experience Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client’s financial situation Clearly explain available tax resolution options and services Handle objections with empathy, confidence, and professionalism Close deals and guide clients through the next steps Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline effectively Consistently meet and exceed performance goals Requirements 1–2 years of phone sales or inside sales experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to handle objections and close sales Competitive, goal-oriented mindset Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Coachable, motivated, and professional attitude Our Office Culture Our Chandler office is fast-paced, competitive, and performance-driven—but also supportive and team-oriented.
