Key Responsibilities Assess: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with the healthcare team. Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input, including education and follow-up support. Implement: Coordinate and delegate care, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of interventions aligned with professional standards. Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, adjusting care plans as needed. Professionalism: Uphold ethical standards, comply with regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and promote nursing development. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practice state; BSN required within four years for less experienced RNs. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Proficiency in patient care, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and care coordination. Physical & Additional Requirements Ability to see, hear, communicate effectively, manipulate equipment, lift, walk, stand, and navigate busy clinical environments.
