What you'll need:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with school-aged children is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative learning environment

Your role will involve:

• Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 student population
• Conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP goals, and tracking student progress
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families for holistic student support
• Attending IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Utilizing available resources and support to provide quality services
