We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to lead and support our residential teams.Position OverviewThe Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, supporting staff, and ensuring individuals receive high-quality care in a safe and structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetingsSupervise, coach, and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)Create and manage staff schedules, including arranging coverage for open shiftsConduct and document monthly fire drills in accordance with safety regulationsEnsure programs meet all DDD licensing and compliance standardsSupport individuals in completing daily routines safely and effectivelyMonitor the health, safety, and overall well-being of individuals servedCoordinate and schedule medical appointmentsMaintain program vehicles and ensure they meet safety and maintenance standardsFollow all company policies, procedures, and documentation requirementsComplete additional duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor 's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesValid New Jersey driver's licenseMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbsWillingness to participate in and complete all required trainingMust cooperate with all licensing inspections and regulatory requirementsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive payComprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement planPaid time offAPluscare is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
