Office Support Specialist

Strong and Hanni has an opening for an Office Support Specialist in our Salt Lake City, UT office. This position will provide full office support including completing copy center projects in a timely manner, collating, burning and duplicating CDs, making binders, mail and package delivery, etc. IT skills and knowledge are helpful. Seeking a candidate that is dependable, who has a consistent work schedule, a strong work ethic, and can work efficiently in a professional environment. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Attorneys, Paralegals, and Staff in document production; print, collate, bind orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage relationship with office supplies vendor, including placing orders and invoice reconciliation.
• Work with courier services and organize courier packages for delivery.
• Runner duties as needed delivering and picking up around the Salt Lake Valley. Mileage is reimbursed.
• Experience with business printers and copy machines. Ability to trouble shoot minor issues.
• Sort, scan, and distribute mail. Prepare outgoing mail and drop at the post office.
• Ability to burn CDs and make duplicate copies.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning duties around the office.
• Maintenance of conference rooms after meetings and office functions.
• Organize and keep surrounding work areas clean.
• All other job duties are required as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess and demonstrate strong sense of urgency and have the ability to prioritize multiple requests with clear attention to detail.
• Must have a reliable, insured vehicle. Duties include delivering small packages/business-related paperwork, etc. Mileage is reimbursed.
• Excellent verbal, reading, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel. Adobe knowledge and general ability to work within adobe software programs.
• Willingness to assist firm operations wherever needed.
• Possess the ability to prioritize and be organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, sit, drive, and lift up to 30 lbs

Expected Schedule: full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.
