Occupational Therapist Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals of all ages to help them improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life.
Occupational Therapist Requirements:
- Experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred, we welcome recent graduates to apply
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing is required.
- Basic Life Support/CPR required.
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
- Provide education and training to patients and families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
