Assistant Pastry Chef
Workstream
We are seeking an experienced individual with a wide range of knowledge in baking and pastry. Responsibilities: Open the store. Create production lists for the day and week. Work with other back‑of‑the‑house members to realize production. Keep up on product inventory and place orders with vendors. Communicate with front‑of‑the‑house staff on stocking and other chores. Create seasonal pastry specialties and specialty cake decorations. Coordinate occasionally with the hot kitchen on specials. Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed at interview. Qualifications: Experience in cake decorating. All aspects of baking experience. Knowledge of production methods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
