Now Hiring: Front Desk Administrator – Dental Office We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Administrator to join our growing dental team! Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and process patient information Manage patient records and treatment schedules Collect payments and handle basic administrative tasks Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish The office is open from 7:00 - 4:00 Monday - Thursday.
