Inventory Control Clerk

Position Inventory Control Clerk Shift and Hours 2nd Shift: 5:30pm – 3:30am plus overtime; Days: Sunday – Thursday Compensation $20.75 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift premium. Responsibilities Utilize multiple computer systems such as Blue Yonder, SAP, and others. Guide supervisors and leads with drive production. Perform long periods of desk work. Schedule inbound and outbound carriers. Use system reports and audit sheets to evaluate the shift progress. Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders. Ensure inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system. Maintain inventory records. Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties. Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary. Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product. Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 6 months of warehousing and inventory experience. Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift‑training program within the first 30 days of employment. Physical capability to lift, move, and stack material as needed. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of forklift experience (electric pallet jack or forklift). RF scanning experience.
