They will assist the borrower in determining the proper loan program, completing the loan application, and gathering the necessary paperwork (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) to begin the loan process. The Mortgage Banker also communicates with the Realtors, Home Builders, Contractors, Title Companies, Insurance Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Processors and Underwriters as necessary to complete the loan transaction and for business development purposes.
