Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and the factors affecting their well-being. \n
- Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and appropriate interventions tailored to their specific needs. \n
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, creating an open space for clients to share and learn from one another. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as necessary to guarantee the safety and well-being of our clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in adherence with ethical and legal standards, crucial for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. \n
You will be working with a varied patient demographic, consisting of individuals grappling with a wide range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and more. Your expertise and empathy will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and facilitating healing amongst our clients, making a significant impact on their lives.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly within outpatient services. \n
- Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities. \n

- Experience with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and families. \n
- Prior experience in a school-based mental health setting. \n
- Proficient in telehealth practices and documentation. \n
