Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in the stepdown unit
• Monitor patient status, complete thorough assessments, and document care
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care
