Senior Salesforce Developer

Salary: $105,000 - 123,304 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Salesforce developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
• We need someone with a solid Salesforce development background and demonstrated experience across the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and automation, including workflows and process optimization, is important.
• We value expertise in data management, including data modeling, system architecture, data migration, and data quality.
• You should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Agile methods, and Service Cloud.
• Experience using version control tools such as Bitbucket or GitHub is required.
• Familiarity with Formstack or Intellistack is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential.
• You should be able to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.

• We collaborate with project teams to estimate, plan, and support the development and testing of new features.
• We analyze business needs and turn them into tailored Salesforce solutions.
• We design and deliver scalable solutions aligned with platform best practices, including peer code reviews.
• We integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• We participate in every phase of the development lifecycle, from solution design through testing and deployment.
• We contribute to CI/CD activities and release management.
• We help maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable delivery.
• We support a case management system using the LWC framework and Flows, and build Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex classes, batch processes, and API integrations.
