Automotive Sales ConsultantMilford Chrysler Sales is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. Previous automotive sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. We are willing to work with the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle-buying process from their first conversation through delivery. Responsibilities include:Greet customers and identify their vehicle needsPresent and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehiclesConduct professional test drivesRespond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer requestsMaintain consistent follow-up with prospective customersBuild relationships that generate repeat and referral businessStay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and available programsWork closely with sales management and other departments to provide a smooth customer experienceMaintain accurate customer information and follow-up activityDeliver a professional and enjoyable buying experience from start to finishWhat We're Looking For:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly, professional, and customer-focused attitudeSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeedDependable and organizedComfortable speaking with customers in person, over the phone, and electronicallyAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn product knowledge and the automotive sales processValid driver's licenseAutomotive sales experience is a plus, but not requiredWhy Milford Chrysler Sales?
