- The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
- Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth.
- Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions.
- Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments.
- Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
- Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 3 yrs; Masters 4 yrs; Associates degree 6 yrs; High School 7 yrs.
- On-site role at PHK; 4/1 hybrid schedule, typical work hours
- Contract will help cover FTE leave; expected to run through's EFY (5/31/2027)
- Please use Beeline-provided JD per manager's request
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
- 5 years' experience in merchandising, planning, or similar role
- Top skills include the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to pivot to different responsibilities as needed
- Retail business acumen
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- ETW will help support work on in-season management, pre-season planning and execution of assortments, and post-season recaps - providing business recaps to internal audiences
- Will work with ~4 other on direct team, cross functional team includes ~25 others (full stores team)
- 1-2 rounds of interviews max
