Physical Therapist - Clinic Director (Sports Focus) Location: 2854 Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City, NJ Employment: Full‑Time, 40 hours per week Salary: $93,000 - $116,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits: Student Debt Benefit Program, Annual Bonus Plan, Up to $15,000 Sign‑On Bonus Kessler Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and sports‑driven Physical Therapist to lead and expand a high‑performance Sports Rehabilitation Program at our Jersey City location. The center already treats Division I collegiate athletes, with an established referral pipeline, athletic partnerships, and athletic trainer collaboration in place. The opportunity is to elevate, scale, and brand the program through excellence in sports medicine, performance, and return‑to‑play strategies.
