Join Our Team as a Urologist

We are currently in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to become part of our dynamic, hospital-centered practice located in the greater Phoenix area. This role is perfect for a driven physician who thrives in an inpatient setting, enjoys tackling complex cases, and is eager to work across multiple hospitals in one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States.

• Inpatient-focused role: Primarily a hospitalist position with the option to engage in outpatient clinic work if desired.
• Weekend Call: Expect to cover 8 or more weekend shifts annually (Friday 1:00 p.m. to Monday 8:00 a.m.).
• Hospital Coverage: Provide care across approximately 3-7 hospitals each weekend, supported by 1-2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and a strong clinical team.
• Financial Support: All licensing and credentialing fees will be fully covered by the organization.

Our practice is recognized as a premier destination for referrals from physicians and patients in the Phoenix area, particularly for:

• Robotic surgeries for prostate and kidney cancer, as well as sacrocolpopexy.
• Advanced treatments for incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and erectile dysfunction.

You will be joining a large, collaborative team that includes:

• Urology Specialists: A diverse group of experienced urologists.
• Urogynecology Experts: A dedicated team focused on female pelvic health.
• Support Staff: Over 12 Advanced Practice Providers assisting with both inpatient and outpatient care.

Our areas of expertise encompass:

• Prostate cancer management, including Da Vinci robotic surgery.
• GreenLight laser treatments and vasectomies.
• Incontinence and female vaginal prolapse solutions.
• Laparoscopic nephrectomy.
• Advanced therapies such as ThermiVa, Rezum, and Urolift for BPH and pelvic health.

The Urology Hospitalist will be responsible for:

• Providing weekend inpatient coverage and rounding on hospitalized urology patients.
• Managing post-operative patients, handling inpatient consultations, and performing urologic surgeries and procedures.
• Collaborating closely with APPs and the broader team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Incorporating outpatient clinic sessions based on personal interest and group needs.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Open to both new graduates and seasoned physicians.
• Welcoming both AMG and IMG candidates.
• A keen interest in modern, technology-driven urologic care and complex inpatient management.
