Must-Have Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate multiple machines and meet daily production requirements
- Understanding of machining processes and part drawings
- Proficiency with micrometers, dial calipers, and basic math
- Must meet the ITAR definition of a U.S. Person
- Operate EDM machines, including loading and unloading parts
- Perform part inspections and maintain inspection gauges
- Complete minor machine maintenance and preventive care
- Set up machines and switch jobs as needed
- Maintain accurate production logs, travelers, and non-conformance documentation
- Track materials, scrap, and corrective actions
- Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principles
- Follow AS9100 and other applicable quality standards
- Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- Demonstrated machining experience
- Experience with conventional machining processes, such as CNC mills, lathes, drilling, and turning
- Familiarity with EDM machines, grinders, and inspection equipment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to accurately document work and follow written procedures

- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Aerospace Manufacturing
- Precision Measurement & Inspection
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
- Shop Math Skills
