Practice Overview:

• 100% heart failure opportunity (no general cardiology required)
• Manage all aspects of heart failure, including transplant and VADs, in collaboration with a comprehensive cardiovascular team of subspecialized physicians, APP's, and dedicated support staff
• Engage in teaching and research opportunities while enrolling patients in clinical trials
• Program monitors over 200 VAD patients at any given time
• Program did 23 heart transplants last year and has the ability to grow their volume to over 30 transplants per year
