Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $350,000 (1 year guarantee) — Above average for the region
• Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work (Physicians are practicing in the 90th percentile).
• $50,000 sign-on bonus to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
• $2,000/month fellowship stipend to support continuing education and professional growth.
