NOW HIRING: FRONT DESK CLERK Join Our Team!
Are you friendly, organized, and enjoy helping customers? We're looking for a Front Desk Clerk who can be the welcoming face of our lumber yard and help keep daily operations running smoothly!
Location: Cushing OK
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
BE THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF OUR BUSINESS!As our Front Desk Clerk, you'll play a key role in customer service, answering phones, assisting contractors and homeowners, and supporting our office team.
✅ RESPONSIBILITIESAnswer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet customers and visitors with a friendly attitude
Assist with orders, invoices, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with yard and sales staff
Maintain records, paperwork, and filing systems
Data entry and general office support
Schedule appointments and assist with daily operations
QUALIFICATIONS✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Basic computer and office software skills
✔ Professional and dependable work ethic
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Experience in an office, retail, construction, or lumber environment is a plus
