Job Description

Provides care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, which filters waste and excess fluid from the blood.
Involves ministering dialysis treatments, monitoring patients
Dialysis nurses set up, monitor, and manage the dialysis machine during treatment, ensuring proper settings and patient safety.

They closely observe patients' vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.) before, during, and after dialysis to detect any changes or complications.
Dialysis nurses administer medications, including those to manage blood pressure, anemia, and other conditions related to kidney disease.

They evaluate patients' responses to dialysis treatment, identify any adverse reactions, and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

This includes preparing patients for treatment, ensuring they are comfortable, and providing post-treatment care and education.
