Find out how we can bring value to your next career!This position is required to work on-site in our Chicagoland (Glenview, IL) office most days. Everyone receives 3 flexible remote days per month. And, we offer half-day Fridays - every Friday!The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents and providers. They provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible. This person provides this information by the use of various internal systems. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for identifying and managing at-risk policies by proactively engaging policyholders, resolving concerns, and supporting policy retention initiatives. The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects potential pay for the job grade for this role at the time of this posting. Compensation will depend on several factors such as specific competencies, relevant education and experience, qualifications, and industry certifications.
