YOUR ROLE:

RAPP is seeking a Designer who brings a passion for detail, conceptual thinking, and exceptional hands-on design skills. In this role, you will work across diverse media, translating ideas into visually compelling solutions while collaborating closely with art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams. Your dedication to craft and ability to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life will be essential in delivering impactful creative work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop creative designs that are on strategy and aligned with client goals across various media, including digital, social, print, and more. Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, and other creative team members to ensure cohesive execution of ideas.
