This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care.Key Responsibilities:Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systemsPerform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditionsEducate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely patient recordsArrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze resultsBuild positive doctor-patient relationshipsSupport membership sales through care-focused conversationsQualifications:Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited collegeValid DC license in the applicable statePassing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC examEligibility for malpractice insuranceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSchedule:This role requires weekend availability.Compensation and Benefits:$35 - $40 per hour DOE + Bonus Potential401(K) matchingLunch BreaksCompany paid malpractice insuranceLicense renewal reimbursementCEU cost allowanceNo external marketing responsibilities expected!Future growth opportunitiesOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive training and ongoing educationWhy Join Us: When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you're joining a movement.
