CT Technologist | Full Time

Pontiac, MI, USA

We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join a busy Diagnostic Imaging team at a Level II Trauma Center. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced CT imaging equipment while providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Various Shift Options Available
• Days, Nights, and Variable Shifts
• 10-hour and 12-hour shift options
• Weekend rotation required

Compensation & Incentives

• Starting Salary: $33.66/hour (Based on education and experience)
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $15,000 for Night Shift
  • $10,000 for Day Shift
• 2-Year Employment Commitment Required

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and explain CT procedures to ensure patient comfort and understanding.
• Operate and maintain CT scanner equipment according to established protocols.
• Position patients correctly and perform high-quality CT imaging procedures.
• Prepare and administer medications within scope of practice as prescribed.
• Complete quality assurance activities and maintain radiation safety standards.
• Maintain required documentation, logs, and electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) required.
• CT Certification preferred.
• Candidates without CT certification must obtain ARRT (CT) within 12 months through cross-training.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA, ARC, or Canadian equivalent) required.
• Associate Degree in Radiology highly preferred.
• Strong patient care, communication, and technical imaging skills.
