Flexible Part-Time Shifts Choose from a variety of available schedules, including: Morning Shifts: 5:00 AM 9:00 AM Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM Day Shifts: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (Weekdays & Weekends) Part-time schedules range from 2034 hours per week. Responsibilities include: Provide individualized support according to each Individual Support Plan (ISP) Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily routines Support meal preparation and healthy living habits Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization Transport individuals safely to appointments and community activities Encourage independence, decision-making, and life skills development Administer medications following agency procedures Complete electronic documentation and daily progress notes Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or overall well-being Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Participate in required meetings and ongoing training Qualifications Preferred High School Diploma or GED One year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities Active Virginia CNA, NA, or PCA certification What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and dependable Patient and encouraging Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Strong in communication and teamwork Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position Ready to Apply?
