Benefits Benefits, including Health, Vision, and Dental Discounted Site Rent Paid Holidays PTO Vacation 401k and more Position Summary The Maintenance Technician performs routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of CRR’s resorts. They conduct site and building maintenance repairs and are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. The Maintenance Technician provides excellent customer service to prospective and current guests and residents at all times and assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of resort guests and residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Carries out routine maintenance and minor repairs to rental homes, facilities, and streets as needed. Completes checklists of physical condition of resort sites prior to and after guest occupancy. Manages lawn care and landscaping duties including weed control, trimming, raking leaves, planting, mulching, hedges, and removing damaged tree limbs; performs related maintenance as necessary. Ensures resort is presentable and adheres to curb appeal standards. Ensures trash and debris are picked up daily from common areas and streets; empties common area trash containers and dog runs as needed. Cleans resort amenities, which may include clubhouses, tennis courts, pickleball courts, resort offices, restrooms, laundry areas, bath houses, and maintenance garage. Inspects playgrounds, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities and makes minor repairs as needed. Confirms all resort streets and public access routes are free of hazards and obstructions. Maintains resort pool(s) and tests chemical levels, adjusting as needed where applicable. Maintains resort vehicles and equipment. Follows safety procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking up supplies. Works a flexible schedule, full-time – including weekends and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
