Seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at an exciting dining destination in Metro Detroit. Responsibilities:

Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service

Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing restaurant team

Monitor and manage food and labor costs, budgets, and P&L to hit financial targets

Uphold and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance standards

Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional hospitality and resolving customer concerns promptly

Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, quality control, and inventory management

Implement operational systems and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager

Proven track record of managing P&L, labor costs, and food costs in a restaurant environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team

Experience in full-service, high-volume, or upscale dining preferred

ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification required

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
