Overview Welder - MIG Welding – Cargo Trailer Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team in supporting the production of high-quality cargo trailers. This role requires strong welding ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment where precision and structural integrity are essential. Position Requirements Proven hands-on experience with MIG welding , preferably in a manufacturing or trailer/metal fabrication setting Ability to weld steel frames, trailer components, brackets, and structural assemblies A weld test is required during the interview and again prior to receiving a job offer Ability to read and interpret a tape measure with accuracy Ability to safely operate hand tools, measuring equipment, and shop machinery All tools and equipment are provided by the company Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality MIG welds on trailer frames, walls, floors, and structural components Follow blueprints, measurements, and production specifications Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance Work with fabrication teams to assemble and fit parts prior to welding Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Meet production timelines while maintaining quality standards What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
