We are seeking a dependable and professional Mobile Phlebotomist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience (preferred, but we are willing to consider qualified candidates with less experience)
- Current California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) license
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid auto insurance and a clean driving record
- Working computer and basic computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- Travel to patients' homes to perform blood draws in a safe, professional, and compassionate manner
- Collect and transport blood and other medical specimens according to established protocols
- Deliver specimens to designated contracted laboratories in a timely manner
- Accurately complete required documentation and maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow all applicable safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

The ideal candidate is reliable, responsible, organized, and self-motivated. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your schedule efficiently, and providing exceptional care and professionalism during every patient interaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation (salary/pay rate discussed during the interview process)
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment
We are a mobile phlebotomy company and have been in business for over 30 years. We are contracted with Kaiser and cover all of Southern California. We draw at patients' homes and long-term care facilities. We are looking for new employees with patient care as a priority and enjoy to drive.
