EOE-M/F/V/H Drug Screen/Background check required Pay: $45,750.00 - $57,000.00 per year Requirements The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the operational performance of the warehouse on a daily basis. Additional duties will be assigned by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager that will include pulling orders in the warehouse for customers when there are no deliveries. The Warehouse Manager will perform their job in a way that supports the Company’s commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that support the company’s mission, vision, and values. Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the warehouse areas Control inventory through weekly, monthly and quarterly cycle counts. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company. Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Aide in the organizing recruitment and placement of required staff. Delegate tasks and accountability. Establish work schedule and mentor staff. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary. Implement and manage operational plans. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organizational skills and attention to detail Strong team orientation skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and all levels of management Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Passion for providing excellent service and quality Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. College degree in business management or related field is preferred or equivalent related experience. 3-5 years prior experience in a like or similar role.
