Scheduling Coordinator
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! Must be comfortable on the phones. This job is heavy on customer service.
Pay: $17.00/hour paid weekly! Temp to hire after 90 days with excellent benefits
Benefits after temp to hire: 100% Health Insurance for employee, employer paid life insurance policy, 401k (6% match) and FSA plans
Location: Dallas, TX
Hours: 8-5:30pm Mon-Fri
Scheduler/Assistant Payroll Clerk Responsibilities:
- Backup Scheduling Coordinator as needed (see above)
- Assist in contractor payroll
- Commission reports
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling
- Attention to detail
- Must be organized and with problem solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Experience with QuickBooks a plus!
