Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
• Experience performing assessments, counseling, and consulting within the school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and external resources
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and student populations
• Knowledge of best practices in psycho-educational evaluations, IEP development, and behavioral interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective intervention plans
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute insights to support student success
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges
• Support crisis intervention and the development of positive behavioral supports throughout the school community
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
