Core Responsibilities

• Calling customers to confirm appointment dates, times, and details
• Reviewing and updating customer and appointment details to ensure data accuracy and eligibility requirements
• Communicating clearly about reschedules, cancellations, or changes
• Updating and documenting call outcomes accurately in company systems and databases
• Partnering with sales and scheduling teams to share updates with customers and finalize appointments, while keeping calendars accurate
• Answering questions and resolving basic scheduling issues
• Delivering a courteous, professional, and positive customer experience on every call

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in a call center, customer service, sales support, or similar customer-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

• Clear and professional phone communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation across multiple systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office tools
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Work Schedule

We're looking for candidates who can meet the following work schedule onsite at our Fulton, MD Headquarters:

3 days per week (M-F) from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

1 day per week (M-F) from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday schedule from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

$21.50 - $21.50 biweekly
