Senior Program Manager

Our On-Demand Talent Solutions team is excited to announce that we are hiring a Senior Program Manager/Associate Director, Program Management on behalf of our client who is developing mRNA CAR-T therapies for autoimmune diseases. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving enterprise-level programs , managing risks, and ensuring operational readiness for a successful product launch in a regulated environment. Summary: The Senior Program Manager/Associate Director, Program Management will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to support the transition of Phase III clinical development through regulatory submission and commercial launch readiness. Responsibilities: Lead integrated program plans across late-stage clinical development, regulatory submission (e.g., NDA/BLA), and pre-commercial activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing (CMC), Quality, Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, and Commercial to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution. Develop and maintain program timelines, milestones, and critical path analyses while ensuring alignment between clinical trial completion, regulatory readiness, and commercial launch activities. Identify program risks and dependencies, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency planning for clinical, regulatory, and manufacturing uncertainties. Track and elevate critical issues to senior leadership with recommended solutions, while maintaining transparency on program status, timelines, financials (as applicable), and resource needs. Develop executive-level dashboards and communicate program status, timelines, updates, key decisions, risks, and metrics to key stakeholders. Collaborate with Commercial teams on launch planning, forecasting, and readiness milestones, supporting alignment between clinical data availability, labeling strategy, and go-to-market plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred: MS, MBA, PharmD, PhD). 6+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
