Architect/Designer

Work model:

On-Site

What you will do:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision
Sketch design options and present plans, costs, and timelines
Develop detailed architectural plans with integrated systems
Adjust designs based on feedback and project changes
Support clients through contractor selection and construction
Occasionally, visit job sites to ensure everything aligns with the design

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor's or master's in architecture
Active architectural license or pursuing licensure
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and design skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe tools, Lumion, and Nscapes.
Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
