• Coverage Model: 4 Daytime Physician Hospitalists, 1 Nurse Practitioner 7a-7p, 1 Nurse Practitioner 12p-12a, 1 Dedicated Physician Nocturnist 7p-7a
• Number of Beds: 212
• EMR: Cerner
• Procedures: No
• ICU: Closed
Qualifications
- Education: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensure: Illinois
- Board Certification: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Badges: ACLS
- Experience: 2 years HM experience highly preferred

- About Ascension Saint Alexius: Ascension Saint Alexius Women & Children's Hospital is located on the Ascension Saint Alexius campus in Hoffman Estates. The Village of Hoffman Estates is located in Cook County, Illinois, and is a northwest suburb of the City of Chicago. Hoffman Estates is a diverse community of nearly 55,000 located along and on both sides (north and south) of Interstate 90. The Village also contains over 4000 acres of forest preserves under the auspices of the Forest Preserve District of Cook County. Hoffman Estates is responsible for 156 center-lane road miles that accommodate four main residential and business sectors: continued commercial and residential development in the west; established residential subdivisions and light commercial in the north; single-family residential in the south; and mixed-use single and multi-family residential and commercial in central Hoffman Estates.
