Associate, Agency Securities Finance Product ManagementJoin a global team driving product innovation and governance in agency securities finance for leading institutional clients.With over 120 global clients, Agency Securities Finance (ASF) offers a comprehensive suite of agency lending, secured financing, and related services, enabling clients to generate incremental income and optimize funding and collateral usage. The ASF Product Management team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the program and the development of new product capabilities aligned to evolving client demand, counterparty requirements, and regulatory change. As an Associate within ASF Product Management, you will support the delivery, governance, and growth of the ASF product platform across the Western Hemisphere - Americas (WHEM) region. You will partner closely with Trading, Client, Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Tax teams, using data and market insight to support product decisions and client solutioning while operating within a robust risk and control framework.
