Removing trays in timely manner.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and promote positive patient outcomesCompletes hourly rounds to assigned patients and anticipates patient needs. Responding promptly to call lights and patient requestsProvide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactionsMaintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing bed linens, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of patient rooms, and preparing rooms for admissions and transfers.Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staffParticipate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and hospital proceduresQualificationsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.CredentialsCurrent certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in DEBLS – Basic Life Saving CertificationEducationHigh school diploma preferred OR current high school student with CNA license (work schedule in compliance with the State of Delaware Department of Labor Regulations)EntryUSD $18.25/Hr.
