Rolling Meadows of Strum Assisted Living & Memory Care is accepting applications for a Resident Care Providers / Caregivers. Looking for: PT/FT for AM/PM/NOC shifts Full-time hours, Part Time, Per Diem, offered PTO (per Policy)Responsibilities:Caregivers are responsible for providing services to Memory Care residents including:Provide quality of care by following the care plan (dressing, grooming, nutrition, change of bed linens, incontinence/toileting, transfers (lift and non-lift), bathing, hygiene, medication administration)Understand electronic charting and able to follow/carryout resident's ISP's (care plans)Follow policy & procedures, DHS rules & regulationsPromote residents' independence Dietary services, Cleaning, Laundry, ActivitiesWages and Benefits:Hourly wage: $16-$18Immediate Openings, 8-hour shifts (6a-2p , 2p-10p 10p-6a), FT/PT/per diemHours are weekdays, nights, weekends, and OTPT: 0-32 hours/weekFT: 32-40 hours/week (Work 3 days and have 4 days off)Flexible & real-time schedulingOur competitive wage is based on experience & certifications obtained.Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) - per policyPaid Holidays, & bereavementOn the job training: Standard Precautions, Fires Safety, First Aid and Choking, Medication Administration and memory care/dementia trainingYou may be eligible for wage increases CBRF certifications and performance Time & half on HolidaysMust work every other weekend and every other holidayQualifications:Required QualificationsPre-employment Criminal and Caregiver Background CheckThe ability to work a full shift, come to work on time and work overtime as neededThe ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodationAdhere to health and safety standardsMust be Reliable and have transportation Preferred QualificationsUphold the principles of our missionCBRF certifications (Preferred)Ability to be respectful, compassionate, and have strong ethicsGood time management skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of reporting and documentation of servicesAbility to be aware of residents' reactions, needs, and individual differencesExemplify and be an influential team player and work with integrity in all interactionsExhibit exceptional communication skills and possess strong organizational capabilitiesWork harmoniously with co-workers and develop/maintain good relations and moraleStrive for excellence in all aspects of the job and remain flexible and adaptableDemonstrate humility, empathy, good listener and express compassion for residents, co-workers, and guests on a consistent basisEEOC employerPlease apply for further consideration for the position.
